Do you remember the first time that you had a taste of coffee? I remember mine, I took a sip from my parent’s cup. It was really bitter, and I didn’t like it. Eventually, I got used to the bitter taste and it became a prelude to a productive day.

One day, I was served coffee that had strawberry notes in a third wave coffee shop and I thought “Wow, hindi lang pala lasang kape ang kape!”.

Our Kape Discovery Series is one way where we provide coffee enthusiasts an opportunity to discover the different factors that influence the flavors that develop in coffee.
